Adding Your Virtual Tour to Bridebook - and Getting the Most From Your Profile

Before You Start

Bridebook's 360 tour feature is only available on VenuePro Classic, VenuePro Expert, or VenuePro Platinum. If your venue is on a lower tier, you'll need to upgrade first at partners.bridebook.com/global/pricing/venues.

Adding Your Virtual Tour

  1. Log in to your Bridebook Business account.

  2. Go to business.bridebook.co.uk/profile/videos.

  3. Find the 360 Video Tour section - it accepts both Matterport and Google Street View formats.

  4. Copy the Matterport share link (or embed code) from your TVTC tour and paste it into the field.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Your tour is now live on your Bridebook profile.

If you can't see the Videos tab, that's usually a sign your account isn't on a qualifying VenuePro tier - check that before troubleshooting anything else.

Getting the Most From Your Profile

A virtual tour helps couples picture themselves in your venue before they ever book a viewing - but it works best as part of a complete, well-maintained profile. Bridebook ranks venues partly on a "profile score," which rises with how much content and detail you provide, so a few extra minutes here can genuinely improve your search position.

Fill out every section Complete profiles rank higher and convert better. Leave nothing blank - services, capacity, pricing, FAQs, the lot.

Keep pricing accurate Many couples filter by budget. Incomplete or outdated pricing can knock you out of relevant searches entirely, even if you're a perfect fit.

Add plenty of photos Bridebook recommends at least 20 photos, up to 100. Mix wide shots of the space, styled table settings, and details couples care about (natural light, outdoor areas, getting-ready rooms).

Add your virtual tour and video Your Matterport tour sits alongside any video content - together they're the strongest signal of quality on the platform and give long-distance or time-poor couples a reason to enquire without visiting first.

Write a strong, specific description Generic copy blends in. Lead with what makes the venue different - exclusive use, a unique backdrop, an unusual capacity range - rather than describing amenities every venue has.

Keep it updated Bridebook's algorithm favours active, current profiles. Revisit pricing, photos, and availability regularly rather than setting it up once and leaving it.

Collect reviews Send your personalised review link (found in the Reviews section of your profile) to every couple who's married at the venue. Reviews build trust and are a major factor in a couple's shortlist decision.

Consider VenuePro If you're not already on a premium tier, upgrading unlocks the video tour feature itself plus greater search visibility - worth it if the venue relies on Bridebook for enquiries.
